Mayumi Akazawa focuses on delivering packaged enterprise solutions, which include the ArcstarTM network, data centres, managed services, enterprise hosting, and professional services to multinational companies in the Asia Pacific region.
Previously, Ms. Akazawa served as the Manager of Global Business for the NTT Corporation, the parent company of NTT Communications in Japan. She was responsible for delivering strategic sales and global support for Japanese multinationals in the manufacturing sector. She also led the Global Solutions Business to develop the new global business when NTT acquired an international telecommunications license in Japan in 1997.
Ms. Akazawa’s experience includes the design and implementation of comprehensive global solutions to enterprise clients in areas such as Enterprise Resource Planning and Call Centres. She started her career in ICT in 1986 as a communications software developer in the banking sector with NTT in Tokyo, Japan and has over 20 years of experience in the field.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tokyo Science of University.
